The Sunnydale Fanart Awards - the award site for Buffy and Angel fanart. Round 3 open now!
I figured I would pimp this award site since we affiliated the Crossing Over Awards with them. One word of note since I do mostly crossover work, at the present, they only accept pure BtVS/AtS artwork in their categories.

buffy_graphics has many artists posting some great works. There have also been several posted at the new community manipology.
