Biggest Loser Update
So far, so good. I'm loosing 2-3 pounds a week. And that's starting to increase with my working out.
I'm doing cardio via the treadmill and elliptical thingy every day for 35-40 minutes. (if I'm watching a show that's about to end, I'll stay on at a low setting until it is over...)
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, I do the weight training along with the cardio.
I've also been doing the ab bench thing every day. I'm up to 75 ab crunches on the bench each day. They're getting easier now... :-)
