This was awesome, and I really liked the reason behind the whole thing. Gibbs would never make it as Director, we've seen in canon how frantic he was to get back out there to work a case. LOL! *pets him* But Tony could pull it off, he's got people skills, street smarts, knows the agency inside and out, and is the only one who could actually keep Gibbs in line. *g*

Now, 'bout that sequel that takes place in the bedroom...?!
