Eeeee! LOVE it! I adore fics where Tony literally becomes the boss of Jethro. He so could do it, for one and secondly, Jethro wouldn't WANT to. So... voila. Perfect way to promote Tony and still keep the boys together in DC. Thanks so much for sharing with us. I like your AU much better than canon!
