3 of the 4 cats were lost. One of them was my cat Abu. He was a brother to the one that survived. I had been expecting my parents to say he had died for the last year because he wasn't in good health, but I didn't want him to go this way. :-(

The other two were younger cats but heavy set.

At least it was the smoke that got them and not the fire itself.
