For watersports, I'm trying to think of way to make it work that... well... that it will work. Maybe either Tony or Gibbs injured both their hands somehow and the other has to help with the aim on the bathroom... one thing leads to another and there's some hand sliding on dick and... well they get together afterwards because they find mutual attraction... it's the pee that brings them together, but not what keeps them together....

I even have inklings of Tony/John (SGA) now that I'm binge watching SGA. Damn the bunnies are circling.

Gibbs asks (orders) his team to help out at a Navy sponcered charity and then they find out they have to dress as animals. Tony is watching Gibbs (who has taken his animal head part off back stage) and Gibbs sees a crime... Gibbs runs after them, Tony tosses his animal head down and runs after Gibbs... They are caught/knocked out & find them selves in an empty building in a rural area (no help) and handcuffed together, still dressed as animals. There you have bondage, furries and potential for watersports (gotta go & hand cuffed together).
Tony is naughty. Gibbs spanks Tony and makes him stand in the corner while he works on his boat. Tony wets himself and Gibbs washes him.
I know some parenting books and the show SuperNanny have a technique called the Naughty chair where a misbehaving child has to sit to calm down or for punishment. It came to me that Gibbs should have in his basement a hand carved stool with phallus in the center. Tony esp. or if you are really kinky anyone on his team misbehaving has to sit impaled on the phallus (covered with a condom and lubed). and contemplate his (or her errors) until Gibbs is ready to deal with him. Even if it is a team thing I'm sure Tony is delibrately bad since he likes the attention as dos Abby. For the plushy/furry thing, how about McGee get dressed up to look like Bert fo Abby.
For watersports--not one of my kinks, but how combining with the the handcuff comments, perhaps G/Dinozzo are handcuffed together and are on the run. Another thought is that apparently when you are a sniper and you are in place you pee in place, so I can imagine Gibbs not thinking it a big deal. Also there is always the writing your name in the snow, an DiNozzo is an awfully long name.
