Oh, we had the wind a few nights ago... did lots of damage in the area from down trees and roofs blown off... overturned trucks on the interstate... all sorts of fun stuff.
I think at the peek, we had 70+mph winds right before the front line passed over.
Been in one too many tornadoes, so I'm not a wind fan.
Well, the snow turned to sleet/freezing drizzle/rain/snow/something else.... Now it's rain but then they're saying we will get 2-4 inches of snow tonight.... Strange weather.
Hee hee... I've never heard your humid hell hole called that before, but now that I think about it.... :-)

Just checked weather warnings... we're expected to get up to 80mph winds tonight (it's around 40mph now...)and snow in some areas by the weekend.
We've gotten snow once in the 22 years that I've lived in this humid hell hole and it was on Christmas Eve but it melted once it hit the ground.
Hee hee... I've never heard your humid hell hole called that before, but now that I think about it.... :-)
*smirks* Snow was good here for a bit... but thankfully the city I live in doesn't keep snow because of lake effects..... YAY!!!!
*grumbles* bloody ice.....
*shrugs* still.... I'm just glad that the snow is going... going... gone!
