The good news, they said the hand isn't broken... well, at least preliminary looks at the x-rays anyway.
The bad news, it must be all those little tendons and ligaments that hurt like fire when I bring my fingers down to close my hand like a fist or to pick something up or while typing.
Perhaps broken hand would have been easier.
