Great development & use of 'spirits' -- what a fantastic way to give Gibbs that metaphorical head-slap. I had to chuckle with that last kerfluffle -- the 2 conversations going on & only meeting through the sheer bullheadedness of Gibbs with his past relationship experiences bolstering him even as he was digging a hole to get out of a hole. :)
