In the movie Monsters, Inc., Sully and Mike were partners. Sully was the one that was the leader, but he was quiet and didn't really care about the fame. Mike was the outspoken/flashy one of the two. At the end of the movie, Mike was all excited because him and Sully were photographed for the cover of a magazine. When they all looked at the cover, there was Sully all big and prominent and Mike was almost completely covered by the barcode (or something). Everyone thought Mike was going to be upset, but he just kept going, "I'm on the cover of a magazine!" and it didn't bother him that he was obscured.
